A 24 hours long day – Part 1

It all started when I woke up at 11:30 on Sunday night. Wasn’t even fully awake but one thing was very clear in that state. That I was feeling very hungry. Suddenly one of my flat mate P gets a call from my another friend K who recently got his wish granted by my another good friend S who left  for US and gave his car to K. K was writing one essay for quite some time cause want to apply for something. But the car left by S was acting as distraction for him so he thought to give it a try, but was not able to even start it. And this is where the story begins, in case you still remember the call I mentioned in the start of this story. After that call P decided to go and help him and I decided to go with him so that I can get something to eat at K’s house. My flat mate P2 decided to come with us as he wanted to have a cup of tea. So 3 of us reached at K’s place and as soon as we reached, guess what? His car started and the problem was that he tried to start when it was in gear. May be that car was waiting for us very eagerly as if god must have already told her that she is going to have and very good dangerous driving by few new drivers like K and P. Now 4 of us decided to go to a place where we can grab some tea. But as soon as we started, as usual our useless, nonsense, inconclusive conversation started.

To give you a feel about our conversations, it always starts with the discussion about the girls. Girls acts as and center of gravity for our conversation, whatever, wherever, how serious, how complex or useless conversation it is, without a failure it will finally it will stop at the center of gravity. But today was not a normal day, it was different and it was not very clear to us till now.

P told something very unusual, he told that he had gone for a lunch with a girl who is in the same building as he works but the girl was not from the same company. It was very surprising for us, in our group it’s very rare for someone to go out with some girl and he did it and that’s too with a girl not in his company but only in the same building in which his company is. But that was not enough to make there was more to make this story interesting and socking for us, He told that it wasn’t him who called her for lunch but she was the one. When she asked about his job and he told that he is a software engineer, he got a response as “ohhh u r a softi” , His story’s this part was long enough to reach the place where we were suppose to get tea.

But again it was not a usual trip which will end here. Now I was completely awake after listening to his story and I asked if there is any place where we can get some food, it was nearly 12:30 in the night, in Bangalore there are very few places u can get the food at this time, In the mean time we discussed about two of our friends I and A, who were suppose to come back to Bangalore. That was not enough to make our day exiting there was more, A’s b’day which was coincidently today only. So after so many yes no yes no yes no we agreed to go to airport to give a surprise to both of them.

But timing when A and I were suppose to come were not known to us. Only thing I remembered was the last conversation with In which he mentions 1:30 time. So we decided that we will keep calling both of them, the basic assumption here was that whenever they will come out of flight will switch-on their phones. And the other was in case we reached first to airport then we can check for the flights coming from Kolkata and some international flight But the way driver K was driving the car at an speed of 20 to 30 km/h and when suddenly car stopped and started rolling back on a slope, K was not able to use break and accelerator properly which caused this disaster, but thank got it was mid night and road was without traffic otherwise it could have been an accident. there was a chance that we will be late so we decided to give this task to another driver P who gave us a heart attack by jumping the car at an speed breaker at an speed unknown to me but looks like speed was not good enough cause none of us got heart attack, or may be god was searching for some very good that day and we were not very good. finally we reached airport nearly at 1:20……To be continued

India election 2009 results: for me – a mixture of surprise, sadness and feel good factor somewhere inside

Let me straight come to all the three things i mentioned

I am not here to defend my views here, just to express what i feel.

There were lots of things in my mind due to which i was feeling very heavy so thought if i will put it here it will make me feel better.

Surprise:

  1. How can congress get so many seats(Cause i personally cant find anything impressive enough in the congress lead government, On the other hand in 2004 when NDA after doing so many impressive things during in its rule, lost the election).
  2. Left lost badly(Good for India specially WB)
  3. BSP got very less compared to what everyone was expecting (its more of a feel good rather then surprise still, you cant ignore it as a surprise)
  4. SP got way more seats then what i was expecting (Looks like SP supporters specially Yadav’s and Muslims are not in favor or computers and English)
  5. In Gujraat Congress got 10 seets (May be the 2002 riots ghost will never stop hunting the Modi, and once peoples who got roti, kapda, makan, bijli and pani, they didn’t bothered to come and vote now, and the voters who still judge modi on 2002 riots, for which he got clean chit from SC, came there to vote against him )

Sadness:

  1. Congress will come to the power
  2. India lost a great chance to be lead under Advani( who was the best choice for PM according to me)
  3. Media again blamed BJP to be communal, States where BJP had never got power, Peoples still don’t know what is development means, Cause the politics in those state is still caste and religion based. This may sound very hard to many of you but the reality is which ever state BJP came to power (except UP), the agenda for fighting election got changed forever, it’s development rather then  caste and religion( Opposition will always will fight on same communal and secular agenda where they will refer bjp as communal ), still peoples call BJP a communal party and Congress a secular party (Where prime minister says: Muslims has first right on Indian resources)
  4. Journalism in India is as money making business rather then a social service. Its  more like of decisive then neutral, means it will give its own verdict rather then putting it from each and every angle. They had started making and creating breaking news rather then showing a news.

Feel Good Some where inside:

  1. An stable government, which will not have any excuse now for  not performing (and I am sure it won’t, why is an over all different question ), Still my best wishes to UPA and hope that it will be a 5 year full term with some great achievements.
  2. A little hope for UP and WB-but i will still count it as a big hope for Utter Pradesh that the next election will be more of a kind a little star in  a dark and cloudy night, which may not remove the darkness which had grabbed UP since SP and BSP had started ruling this stat. Last time something good i remember in UP was the Kalyan singh’s( I don’t remember why he left bjp or why bjp left him) decision for anti nakal , which not so obviously for everyone backfired for BJP there after SP promise to remove it. Now I can hope that the next time either it will be BJP or congress who comes in power there which will definitely  be much much better than SP(who want to ban computers and English) and BSP(they are just interested in making India another Rome with a difference that Rome with Mayawati statues).
  3. All the states which fought election  on development in their states irrespective of the party, got more seats.
  4. BJP had to think about there approach to voters( which i believed was always ignorant to anti BJP media), Till now BJP was thinking that they can win election just on development and good governance now they will definitely realize they need there media representative( Some channels and news papers), as that is the only way to reach all the voters with their ideology and agenda(Election Rally’s aren’t something that every voter goes to ist the news papers and channels which can make and break there faith in a party). Its only the media who made difference in 2004 and 2009 election, one cant ignore media now, its one of the pillars of democracy

Jai Ho Indian Voter (Which dosen’t include me cause i never voted, And now i feel really same,that why didnt I).

Morning walk at 7

………..morning walk and me……….cant correlate……….but let us move on to a more serious question.

So it has already been 23 days since I and 3 more people  formed a group to start morning walk at 7.

So what can be the reason for someone to go for a morning walk ?

1. Start his day early in the morning.

2. For lots of things early morning is the key point.

so first point is simple enough to understand now lets come to the second point.

What are those key points? Few of them are as follows

1. One day you went for a morning walk and you saw someone and it is “love at first sight from your side” then you have to go daily for that “love at first sight from your side”.  May seem weird but you can not ignore this possibility. This is exactly why i go for a morning walk. BTW was not able to find out a reason for why that “love at first side from my side” comes for morning walk. Any way it is good. As I have some reason to go for a moring walk.

2. You had a bet with someone that you can wake up in the morning. Or by mistake you joined a morning walk group.

Now if it is a bet then it will be on for few days or a few months. So this is just a few days headache. But if you joined a group, you are in a deep trouble. There is no time limit. So what will their reaction be every morning ?

- They will start coming late

- If you ask why answer is “at-least coming”. Looks like they are doing a favor to you or the morning, by coming on a morning walk.

I do not understand the difference it will make, if you start coming on time by just waking up 15 mins earlier.

3. You realised that the poem “early to bad early to rise makes a man or woman or a child or whatever…….. healthy, wealthy and wise” is somewhat true.

4. You are a part of a group which goes for a morning walk (or more precisely morning talk) and you don’t want to miss the “walk”. This type of groups are mostly people who have retired or women with lots of time in their life. They will have a fixed place to sit and talk. And this group will grow in numbers with time.

5. You are preparing for a marathon race. I don not know where this trend for marathon came from, but it is very common in Bangalore. Thanks to marathons organized by companies here, where you have to pay for running in a race.

abe pehli blog post hai isse jyaad nahin likh sakta …………bahut ho gaya………..chalo chal ke ab apana apna kaam kar…….
